Yes. Every frame is released in small numbers and never restocked. Once sold out, it’s archived permanently.
How will I know when a new drop is coming?
Join our SMS or email circle. Subscribers receive early access, private passwords, and links before the site opens to the public.
Why is the website locked sometimes?
Before every drop, the website is password protected. We send exclusive access codes via SMS to our community. If you’re on the list, you’re first in.
Will archived frames ever come back?
Archived frames will never return as they were. If the demand is undeniable, a V2 may be introduced a reimagined version inspired by the original.The first remains untouched. That moment doesn’t repeat.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the GCC.International shipping is coming soon crafted to deliver globally with the same care and intention you expect from Low Sun.
Can I return or exchange my sunglasses?
Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. However, if there’s a genuine issue with your order, reach out we’ll make it right.
How do I care for my Low Sun frames?
Each pair comes with a custom soft case and lens cloth. Use the cloth to gently clean the lenses, and store your frames in their case to protect them from scratches and heat.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
GCC delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city.
