Return & Exchange Policy – Low Sun (UAE)

At Low Sun, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our eyewear. As a brand rooted in exclusivity and careful attention to detail, we follow a strict no-exchange, no-refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and limited production runs, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Quality & Inspection

Every product is thoroughly inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Please send clear photos and your order number to lowsun.ae@gmail.com so our team can promptly review and address the issue. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

Exceptions

• Returns are only accepted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.
• The product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags and protective materials intact.
• We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving any resolution.

Custom & Limited Pieces

Due to the customized and limited-edition nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not possible for preferences related to size, color tone, or fit.

Shipping Responsibility

If a return is exceptionally approved due to damage or defect, the shipping details and method will be communicated to you directly. Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
